GFCF Cinnamon Pancakes

GFCF Cinnamon Pancakes
1 cup GF oat flour (you can use any GF flour)
1tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbs baking powder
1 Tbs honey
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
4 Tbs oil
1 cup milk (rice, coconut, almond, soy, hemp)

Mix the wet ingredients in separate bowl then add them to the bowl of dry ingredients. Mix well then dust the top of mix with a light layer of flour then stir till fully incorporated. Then cook over a med skillet until brown on both sides. If you use oat flour they will not bubble in the middle like regular pancakes so you have to watch the bottoms. If your stove cooks high turn it down to prevent burning.
