GFCF Graham Crackers
3 Cups GF oat flour (I use TJ's GF oats)+ 1/4 cup for dusting
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup palm oil
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp vanilla
-Add wet ingredients into a bowl and stir till incorporated.
-Stir dry ingredients into a bowl and stir till incorporated.
-Add dry ingredients to wet by 1/2 cup until pliable dough ball forms.
-Transfer dough to a piece of parchment paper and sprinkle with flour.
-When you have a soft pliable consistency that doesn't stick roll dough between two pieces of parchment.
- Cut out with cookie cutters.
Bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes
